• Return period: The product can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Product condition: The product must be in new and unused condition, including the original packaging and all accompanying accessories.

• המנוי מצהיר כי מובן לו שעליו להמשיך ולהיות מטופל ומבוקר רפואית על פי הנחיות רופאיו וכי אין בעשיית השירות נשוא כתב שירות זה להחליף את החובה לטפל בעצמו. כמו כן, ידוע למנוי כי הצמיד/שעון אינו התקן רפואי ומשמש לקבלת נתונים בלבד ואינו מחליף אבחון או טיפול רפואי ראוי. יובהר כי השימוש בצמיד/שעון כפוף לכתב השירות ולתקשורת סלולרית תקינה.
• המנוי מצהיר כי ידוע לו כי כל שימוש בשירות על ידי קטינים מתחת לגיל 18 מחייב את הסכמת ההורים למתן השירות.
• חל איסור מוחלט להשתמש בשירות לכל מטרה בלתי חוקית או העולה כדי עוולה, או לגרום לכל מטרד או הפרעה ואין לאפשר לאחרים לעשות כן.
• המנוי מצהיר כי ידוע לו שהצמיד/שעון הינו לשימוש המנוי בלבד ואינו ניתן להעברה לאדם אחר שאינו המשתמש/המנוטר.
• WMH לא תישא באחריות כלשהי בגין הנזקים ו/או המחדלים שייגרמו למנוטר כתוצאה מאי עמידת המנוי בתנאים הכלליים והצהרת המנוי.
